I had sent a mail to paypal telling that my SBI corporate account have not yet received the amount they told is transfered. This is the response. i got. I will update laster if it worked, 

We are aware that the two small deposits are not showing up in your bank
account yet and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it has
caused you. This issue has been reported and your account will be
included to those who got affected. We suggest that you remove and
re-add your bank account in your PayPal account so that PayPal will
re-send a new two small deposits.

PayPal will still allowing you transferring your funds to your bank
account even if your bank account is not confirmed yet. Other way to
make your PayPal account verified and lifting your withdrawal and
sending limit is by adding and confirming your credit/debit card.
